Have to give this a lower review due to its abysmal app. It's so bad it shouldn't be allowed in the Google play store. I was trying to remove an item from the cart. There were four of them. So I had to click the minus button, then there would be a delay of seconds for it to return to the cart where you need to scroll back to said item. Did this enough times/delays until one left where they'd include a circled x to remove it. Well after the delay the item returned with multiples still there!

Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Will be ordering again soon! Was very pleased with the quality of oils I received, haven’t tried the coffee yet…

I ordered some Protein powder and cranberry juice 7 days ago and it still hasn't shipped (Order # 319473957). I tried to email vitacost and the customer service email portal was down. I chatted with a customer service rep and they said it was due to high volume and when my order was ready to ship I would receive an email. I used to use vitacost.com for a lot of my health-food related purchases, but now I am not sure that I will. If you need your order in a timely manner with customer service that cares, I would look elsewhere.

I purchased split pea soup which I have not made in a long time and it was quite delicious. I am sure I will be purchasing more in the future.06

With so many sellers increasing prices and raising the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping, it's great that Vitacost hasn't followed suit. Even without any special discounts, the prices are very reasonable, but with the occasional site-wide percent off offers, it's even better. Delivery is quick, too.

I have ordered through Vitacost for years and just love they always have items in stock....I am up in Canada on vacation and ordered. Delivery was fast and great!!! The alba cocoa butter lotion is the best, as hard to find anywhere else.... Their staff is nice and extremely helpful~~

I was able to buy several boxes of a supplement that my drug store is always out of (in store and online). And at a reduced price because of a sale. And free shipping because I reached the minimum. Win-win-win!

Ease of finding what my home pantry needed. Barney Almond Butter, Doc Bronner's peppermint liquid soap, lavender and sage spray, vinegar. Oh - and the inside wrapping was done to perfection. No leaks and well done! Thank you.

FedEx put my order in the mailbox, instead of on my porch. The Mail carrier intercepted it, and charged me an additional $11.30 to release it to me. Called FedEx for a refund, NOTHING. messaged Vitacost, Nothing.

I was advised that shipping would be $9.99 , when I checked invoice it was received bill it was $26.77 I have been a loyal customer for many years and was totally shocked when I saw the shipping cost. Not very happy customer

Website is easy to navigate. Productsl are high quality with safe ingredients. There is no animal testing! There is a wide selection of items including healthcare products, beauty products and even food.

Hey everyone I ordered a product and they sent me confirmation email, product was not correct, I replied immediately ( literally 10 minutes later) to fix it but no response 24 hours then called the customer service, lady told me i will stop the shipment and refund your money, I got a confirmation email about refund, but I received that wrong product and no refund. Called back they were like we are sorry we had a technical issue and we are doing refund now. And again no refund. Last call I talked to manager his name is Wayne, never listen to me and he told me they decided to not refund my money. I asked why, no explanation. It seems they are a scammer and I don't recommend this website.

I wish I give them 0 rating, I placed an order from them, but still, I am waiting for my parcel it's been a month now, and I have invested 600$+ money on 3 products. They are not responding to my emails and not picking up the phone call. Below you can see my order numbers as well. Horrible customer service. They just don’t answer you when there is a problem with your order. Also, after placing the order they suddenly tell there can be an extra delay of 1-3 working days due to high traffic
